Matt of ComfortX HVAC, came by the house after a few days of our AC not running. He got to the house and was immediately onto a few solutions after figuring out the problem. He was very communicative about the problem and educated us on what specifically the issue was. Turns out our attic systems float valve became loose, and he tightened it. He didn’t try and charge us for extra parts or anything. Stellar work and trusting business. I will be using ComfortX from now and have already relayed his business to other friends! ComfortX HVAC is fantastic. They are fast, amazing, and honest. We had a big name company come out and quote us almost 4 times more than what comfortX quoted us. They identified the problem and came back the next day to fix it. Matt was up front, honest, and friendly through the whole process. They did not try to upsell us on anything or attempt to push a new unit sale on us. We will definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.
