Cooling Tune-Up (1 Visit Per Year)
Your ComfortX technician will perform a complete cooling system tune-up to ensure your home stays comfortable during peak summer heat:
• Clear and flush the condensate drain line
• Clean the outdoor condenser coil
• Replace customer-provided air filter
• Inspect and tighten all electrical components
• Check refrigerant pressures, subcool, and superheat to verify proper charge
• Visual inspection of the indoor coil and blower assembly
• Full cooling operation check to ensure efficiency and performance
Heating Tune-Up (1 Visit Per Year)
Prepare your home for winter with a full heating system safety and performance tune-up:
• Inspect and clean burners (gas furnace) or heat strips (heat pumps)
• Inspect the heat exchanger for cracks and corrosion
• Test all safety controls and ignition components
• Replace customer-provided air filter
